Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Hotel Atitlan was an absolute delight! The rooms provided a spectacular view of the clean lake and the distant volcanoes from the amazing gardens. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, despite a mishap with a broken plate and a laundry misunderstanding. The location, nestled in lush botanical gardens with a view of Lake Atitlan and the surrounding volcanoes, was simply gorgeous. The dining experience was delicious, although some may find the selections a bit limited for this level of hotel. The facilities were superb, offering a wonderful retreat in Panajachel.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with high wooden beamed ceilings, providing a magnificent view of the lake and gardens, although the price may be on the higher side for a quick stay. The blackout curtains and better quality pillows and blankets add to the comfort factor.
The hotel offers really comfortable rooms with very comfy beds and a great pool and Jacuzzi, all with a stunning view of the most beautiful lake. Although the rooms are nicely appointed, they are not very roomy but still very adequate. The only downside is the attempt to charge extra for various items, which felt unnecessary given the already high room rate.
The hotel offers beautifully furnished rooms in a colonial Spanish style, perfect for relaxation. While a bit pricey for a short stay, the view of the gardens and lake is spectacular.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms don't have a view of the volcanoes directly, but they are comfortable, and the gardens are immaculate. The location is breathtaking with stunning gardens and a view of the fantastic lake and distant volcanoes. The service was exceptional, although there was a small hiccup when they ran my card as a Debit Card instead of a Credit Card. The dining options were ample but on the pricier side, similar to hotels in the U.S. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
